We believe that the support and challenge that the Trust is able to provide to principals, leadership teams and governors across all aspects of governance, leadership, teaching and learning, and achievement, is the most important benefit to our academies.

Networking between schools and practitioners at all levels is vital if we are to maximise improvement and outcomes for children and young people.   Systems in place enable our primary schools and secondary schools to work closely together and support each other. We are united by the communities and families we serve meaning that the children’s needs are at the heart of all decisions we make.

We wish to ensure that the Trust’s academies are at the forefront of classroom practice in primary and secondary phases.
